make your home buying experience a pleasant, stress free and informed one.  When all is done, you will be happy with your home purchase and with me.  I will be there for you every step of the way including pointing out homes to visit and preparing and negotiating an offer.  This is only part of what I do.  For instance, if you want, I can tell you what to expect as far as a good mortgage rate. I can assist in choosing the neighbourhood, searching bus routes, schools or anything you’d like information on. Once we have found a home, I will analyze and share with you recent sales on the street and in the neighbourhood.  I will also research the history of the home including how long its been for sale, when the home-owners bought it, what they paid and so on.  I will give you guidance so that you have the tools to make an informed decision.
I will use my findings to help negotiate the best value for you.  My assistance does not stop there, I remain available up to and beyond the day you move in.  I aim to do such a good job that you will call me when the time comes to sell whether it be 5, 10 or 20 years from now.
How will my 24 years negotiating Experience will benefit you:
When it comes time to negotiate to get you the best price and terms, I have 24 years under my belt in the negotiating arena, fighting to get my clients the best value.  In the process,  I will study the sales on the street, in the neighbourhood. We will review some of the comparables together and we will discuss an action plan to reach the price and terms that you want for the home.  All this and my services are FREE to you, the Buyer.
Who pays me?
There is no charge to you, because I am paid by the Seller or his/her Brokerage when you buy their home.  There is absolutely no charge to you even in the scenario that we found a home being sold privately and the seller refuses to pay me.  In that case, there is still no charge to you. How am I different than some realtors:  Unlike many realtors, I will not charge you if you buy a home privately.  I believe in earning your respect by doing an exceptional job.  If there is ever a time that you are not happy, you don’t have to work with me nor does it cost you anything. That being said, be assured that I will work hard to make sure that you are happy every step of the way.
